Step 1. Complementary Consultation
This helps us both determine if we are a good match to work together.
Step 3. Kick off call
This call will be used to get comfortable with each other and the coaching process. We will review your wellness assessment, set goals and create short and long term plans. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and get feedback throughout the journey.
Step 2. Fill out assessments
We start with an overall assessment, this gives us an idea of your overall history including health, weight, eating habits and exercise routines. We will also determine your overall character strengths and use them to support success.
Step 4. Weekly or BiMonthly Coaching Sessions
Depending on your goals, we will meet (virtually) and to discuss your progress, celebrate wins, identify challenges and provide techniques designed to keep you on track.
